Avalon Catering Consultancy and Training UK is now recognised and recommended, by Lewisham College and the Learning and Skills Council as experts in Health and Safety, Food Safety and as a professional training resource for the UK catering and hospitality industry. Avalon Catering Consultancy & Training is also involved on an associate basis with the UK Food Standards Agency and CMi Plc. Avalon Catering also provides operational support by hosting seminars and providing one-on-one coaching in relation to the new "Safer Food Better Business" program for small businesses in the catering and hospitality industry.
